Photographer for an international conference in Brussels
Professional photo coverage of the 12th Europe Forum 2026 at the Résidence Palace
ISOWAY was pleased to provide professional photography services for an international conference held in Brussels, in the European Quarter, at the Résidence Palace. This high-level event, the 12th Europe Forum 2026, took place via a live video link between Brussels and Shanghai, with speakers, partners, and participants present on both continents.
For a corporate photo agency, covering an international conference of this kind requires much more than simply being there with a camera. It involves understanding the event’s schedule, anticipating key moments, capturing speakers under the best possible conditions, photographing the overall atmosphere, conveying the discussions, documenting networking activities, and quickly delivering images that the communications teams can use.
As part of this morning’s conference, ISOWAY provided comprehensive photo coverage with a clear goal: to produce professional photos of an international conference that could be used immediately for communications, social media, the press kit, institutional publications, and web content.

An international conference held via video link between Brussels and Shanghai
The 12th Europe Forum 2026 was held simultaneously in Brussels and Shanghai. This dual-venue format perfectly illustrates the evolution of corporate and institutional events: international conferences are no longer limited to a single venue, but now connect multiple locations, audiences, and time zones.
In Brussels, the conference took place at the Résidence Palace, in the heart of the European Quarter. This iconic venue regularly hosts institutional, economic, and international events. For a corporate photographer, working in this type of environment requires an approach that is at once discreet, quick, and precise.
ISOWAY’s mission was to document the Brussels portion of the event while also meeting the needs of a client based in Shanghai. The images therefore had to serve a dual purpose: to capture the quality of the event on-site and to quickly support international communications related to the conference.
Professional photos for an international press kit
One of the major challenges of this assignment was the speed at which the images had to be transmitted. During the conference, 151 photos were sent in real time to the client in Shanghai via WeTransfer. These images were needed to put together a press kit, in a situation where responsiveness is essential.
At an international conference, organizers, partners, and communications teams often need photos even before the event has ended. The images can be used to prepare a press release, create a LinkedIn post, illustrate a news story on a website, or enhance a press kit sent to the media.
It is precisely in situations like this that hiring a photographer for an international conference in Brussels really pays off. It’s not just about taking photos, but also about quickly selecting the best images, making the necessary adjustments, and delivering files that are ready for immediate use.
Professor Charles Michel
Immediate delivery in two formats: print and web
As soon as the conference ended, the photos were also sent via WeTransfer to the client who was present in Brussels at the event venue. To make them easier to use, the files were organized into two separate folders:
a print-ready package, with high-resolution files suitable for printing, press kits, print publications, or institutional materials;
a second set of files for the web, with images optimized for websites, social media, newsletters, and digital publications.
This organization is an integral part of a professional photography service. A company, institution, or international organization doesn’t just need beautiful images—it needs well-prepared files, delivered quickly, in formats that are consistent with its actual needs.
At ISOWAY, this standard is at the heart of our approach. For every conference photo shoot, we consider the images’ intended use: immediate communication, archiving, web publication, press relations, activity reports, social media, or internal communications.
The Role of a Corporate Photographer at an International Conference
Photographing an international conference requires constant attention. Key moments can be very brief: a handshake, a reaction from the audience, an exchange between two speakers, a speech, a wide shot of the room, a detail of signage, or an informal interaction during networking.
The photographer must move about discreetly, without disrupting the participants or distracting the audience. He or she must also deal with lighting conditions that can sometimes be challenging: venue lighting, LED screens, projections, high contrast, dark backgrounds, lecterns, microphones, roundtable discussions, or videoconferences.
The goal is to produce a diverse and cohesive series of images. A good conference photo essay is not limited to a series of portraits of speakers. It must capture the event as a whole: the venue, the audience, the speakers, the interactions, the atmosphere, the international scope, and the professional caliber of the organization.
It is this comprehensive approach that makes it possible to create professional photos of international conferences that are truly useful for an organization's communications.
Useful images for the press, the web, and social media
For corporate or institutional events, photos must be suitable for use across multiple platforms. A single image can be used to illustrate a news story on a website, accompany a LinkedIn post, enhance a newsletter, be included in a report, or be shared with the press.
For this reason, ISOWAY places great importance on the diversity of its coverage. At an international conference, we make sure to capture several types of images:
photos of the speakers while they are speaking;
general views of the hall and the audience
photos of the panel discussions and roundtables;
networking opportunities;
branding, signage, or display details;
more formal photos intended for use in communications materials;
more vibrant images, tailored for social media.
This option provides customers with a comprehensive image library that is ready for use immediately after the event.
A photography service tailored to Brussels' European Quarter
Brussels hosts numerous international conferences, institutional meetings, corporate events, European gatherings, professional seminars, and economic forums. The European Quarter, in particular, is home to a large number of organizations, associations, federations, institutions, and companies that operate on an international scale.
For these stakeholders, image quality is essential. The photos published after an event reflect the organization’s commitment, the quality of the discussions, and the level of professionalism at the event. They directly contribute to the credibility of the communication.
ISOWAY regularly works in Brussels, in the European Quarter, as well as throughout Belgium, to produce corporate, institutional, and event photography. Our experience allows us to quickly adapt to the constraints of each location, each project, and each client.
Thank you to NEP for its trust
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our client, NEP, for their trust in us for this photography project.
This type of photo report perfectly illustrates the added value of a corporate photo agency capable of working in an international context, under tight deadlines and with immediate delivery requirements. The success of a photo assignment is measured not only by the aesthetic quality of the images, but also by their rapid availability, their relevance to the communication strategy, and their adaptability to various media formats.
