The 12th Europe Forum 2026 was held simultaneously in Brussels and Shanghai. This dual-venue format perfectly illustrates the evolution of corporate and institutional events: international conferences are no longer limited to a single venue, but now connect multiple locations, audiences, and time zones.

In Brussels, the conference took place at the Résidence Palace, in the heart of the European Quarter. This iconic venue regularly hosts institutional, economic, and international events. For a corporate photographer, working in this type of environment requires an approach that is at once discreet, quick, and precise.

ISOWAY’s mission was to document the Brussels portion of the event while also meeting the needs of a client based in Shanghai. The images therefore had to serve a dual purpose: to capture the quality of the event on-site and to quickly support international communications related to the conference.

One of the major challenges of this assignment was the speed at which the images had to be transmitted. During the conference, 151 photos were sent in real time to the client in Shanghai via WeTransfer. These images were needed to put together a press kit, in a situation where responsiveness is essential.
