NOIR ARTIST are two brothers: Lucien and Martin Gilson, one a creator, the other a connector. Lucien's paintings, drawings, monumental frescoes and mural art, exploring a dark world under tension, captivated visitors throughout the exhibition. Lucien's distinctive graphic style - he works with a spray can as well as a paintbrush, tears up paper, draws inspiration from advertising and superheroes, uses virtual reality to create his drafts, and doesn't rule out integrating sculpture into his works, adding touches of gold or color, while retaining his signature shades of black.
