Visual artist and photographer Paul Marnef explains:
I enjoy transforming spaces, imbuing them with a touch of mystery and a surprising effect, at the crossroads of drawing, painting, computer-generated imagery and photography. My artistic approach as a photographer is to reinvent the world and transport you to other planets – worlds that are so close to our everyday lives, yet still so little known.
Through my ‘mini-planet’ creations, I invite you to journey through a somewhat surreal and dreamlike vision of the space around me.
I aim to infuse each image with a touch of poetry, as though it were a view of the planet from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s *The Little Prince*.
