ISOWAY recently carried out the professional photo report of an international conference held in Brussels, in the European Quarter, at the Résidence Palace. This high-profile event, the 12th Europe Forum 2026, took place as a hybrid event between Brussels and Shanghai, with speakers, partners and participants present on both continents.

The 12th Europe Forum 2026 was held simultaneously in Brussels and Shanghai. This dual-venue format illustrates the evolution of corporate and institutional events: international conferences are no longer confined to a single venue, but now connect multiple locations, audiences and time zones.

In Brussels, the conference took place at the Résidence Palace, in the heart of the European Quarter. This iconic venue regularly hosts institutional, business and international events. ISOWAY was commissioned to document the Brussels leg of the event while also meeting the requirements of a client based in Shanghai. The images therefore had to fulfil a dual purpose: to capture the quality of the event on the ground and to provide material quickly for the international communications campaign linked to the conference.

One of the key challenges was the speed at which the images had to be transmitted. During the press conference, 151 photos were sent in real time to the client in Shanghai via WeTransfer. These images were required to produce a press pack in a context where responsiveness is essential.
