Use of the website and the images is at your own risk. The company may, for technical reasons, alter the website’s opening hours and operation, or even make it unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, the company shall in no event be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, whether foreseeable or not, arising from claims such as delays, transmission problems, transmission or access speeds, the unavailability of all or part of the images, the deletion of images or files, errors, computer ‘bugs’ or the alteration of images, regardless of the basis of the claim.

Under no circumstances shall the total amount of the company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the photographic print. All claims relating to the use of the website must be made within a maximum of three months; after this period, they shall lapse.

The website is the intellectual property of the company. The IT development is the intellectual property of SquareSpace. The documents used and displayed on this website (texts, images, videos, illustrations, drawings, etc.) are all protected by copyright.

Any infringement or denial of an intellectual property right, or of any right relating to material belonging to ISOWAY, may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, as well as an order to pay compensation for all damages caused.
